You can be found guilty of reckless driving in New York if you drive or use any motor vehicle or motorcycle in a manner which unreasonably interferes with the free and proper use of the public highway or unreasonably endangers users of the public highway.

WARNING: Reckless driving is considered a serious traffic violation.
