If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident resulting in personal injuries to another person you must stop. You must also exhibit your driver’s license and insurance card. You must also provide to the injured party, if practical, and to any police officer who responds to the scene of the accident your: a) name; b) residential address; c) insurance carrier’s identity; d) insurance identification number; e) insurance policy effective dates and d) license number. If a police officer does not respond to the scene you must -as soon as you are physically able - report the incident to the nearest police station or judicial officer.
